You do not have to submit Part A, Part B, and the recommendation letters as they are received via the on-line application submission system.

NOTE: There is only one form for both admission and application for financial aid. In the bottom portion of the application there is a place to indicate whether you are seeking financial aid.

_ Three (3) recommendations - in sealed envelopes (only if your letters have not been submitted on-line)

_ Affidavit of Financial Support (non-citizens only.) This is a statement from you local bank confirming you have enough financial support. International Student Services will not issue an I-20 without this information.
